20 min fast – excessive protein, low carb dinner!!⁣

I made this dinner simply by throwing collectively a few of my favourite issues that I sometimes all the time hold round and it was quick and nice for the subsequent day⁣

The essential elements: ⁣

  1. @rightrice Spanish flavored rice⁣
  2. Canned black beans⁣
  3. Rooster breast⁣
  4. Tomatoes (I favor roma tomatoes)⁣
  5. Contemporary cilantro⁣

    Good to have elements:⁣
  6. Cojita cheese ⁣
  7. Garlic⁣
  8. Further seasonings⁣

    The main focus right here is making the salsa that I cook dinner the rooster in. To take action, I blended 1 tomato, recent cilantro bunch, minced garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. ⁣

    Whereas I used to be making the @rightrice as directed, I minimize the rooster into cubes, after which sautéed with the salsa I made. Subsequent I drained and microwaved the black beans. ⁣

    Then I added all of it to a bowl, some recent minimize Roma tomatoes, and topped with cojita cheese and voila!!⁣

    Identical to that. Tremendous simple, scrumptious and flavorful!
