Three ingredients, 15 minutes, and a whole lotta protein

Three substances, 15 minutes, and a complete lotta protein. That’s what on this image. (Additionally deliciousness, however y’all can see that)⁣

All I used to create this spaghetti and meatball dish is:⁣

  1. @traderjoes frozen turkey meatballs. Cooked on the stovetop for that mild crispy outdoors⁣
  2. @eatbanza banza chickpea pasta ⁣
  3. @raoshomemade pasta sauce. (Nice substances, no sugar)⁣
  4. Optionally available fourth ingredient, sprinkle w Parmesan cheese⁣

    This meal has 40+g of protein and solely took me 15 minutes to make!!! I additionally beloved it as a result of it was made all with objects I commonly hold in my freezer & pantry that don’t spoil shortly. So for those who ever end up with all these things and on a time crunch, ya might need to strive it ??‍♀️
