Took the day off and had the BEST workout in a loooong time

Took the day without work and had the BEST exercise in a loooong time. ⁣

Think about this: you’re within the gymnasium, all of the squat racks are empty, it’s 2pm and also you’ve overwhelmed the after work crowd AND you get to go house to make an early dinner. Ugh it was nice. ⁣

However, after the brutal leg day, I neeeeded this put up exercise stack. It helps with restoration, shuttling protein to your muscle tissues, and restoring the glycogen I used up throughout my exercise. ⁣

I’ve actually by no means been per taking a protein put up exercise, however this @1stphorm stack has modified the sport for me. I’ve seen myself firming faster and with much less muscle fatigue. I’d undoubtedly advocate, 10/10 (particularly the vanilla milkshake taste) ?⁣
