Yesterday’s Mexi Monday turning it to right now’s Taco (salad) Tuesday⁣

In case you don’t know by now, I LOVE Mexican impressed meals and now I much more since I began utilizing @rightrice’s Spanish rice. In case you haven’t tried @rightrice it’s one thing you want in your life. It’s comprised of veggies with excessive protein and fewer carbs than regular rice⁣

Yesterday I made this bowl with the Spanish rice, canned beans, sautéed peppers and onions, and rooster coated with taco seasoning. Then I added a facet of guac, contemporary cilantro, and a few cojita cheese sprinkles on prime ⁣

Right this moment for lunch I used to be restricted for time so I grabbed a premixed Southwest salad I get from @aldiusa and used among the leftovers beans and rooster to go within the salad and it saved me full for much longer than salads sometimes do because of the rooster and beans. ⁣

Recently I’ve simply been making an attempt to eat for sustenance whereas sustaining a minimum of some enthusiasm for the meals I’m consuming. Nothing fancy however I figured I’m not the one one so thought I’d share
